ABOUT

In 2013 I developed a passion for the art of sewing and luxury fabrics. My interest of art has always been with me since my school days, and this was now the time to get creative.

My name is Tanya, and I live in a beautiful village in the South Downs National Park. At the very beginning, my creativity started with playing around with different fabrics at my kitchen table for my own use at home.

Having friends and family comment and request my designs as gifts for themselves and others, I soon realised I had developed my own style of appliqué work, that was being recognised and my confidence in freehand machining grew. I now have my own dedicated workshop.

My range has developed from cushions, to now include a selection of homewares, gifts and stationery. Every appliqué piece is bespoke, being created from recycled fabrics and remnants. All the printed products originate from my fabric artwork, and then produced on fairtrade organic materials.
